Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most all debit and credit cards. We  STILL accept Checks and Money Orders.  You will need to look for that option during check out, bearing in mind that your order won't be shipped until payment clears, so you will need to allow 6-7 business days after payment is received for your order to ship.  

WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL.  After 25 years of using them exclusively as our payment processor, they have chosen to become too "woke" for mainstream folks like us. They dropped us. Their policies are harmful to our economy and do not support small business. 

What is your return policy?

We back our products 100%.  If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any product we sell, you may return it for a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping and handling and used ear candles.  Refunds will be issued as long as you return the unused product within 7 days of the date you received it.  We do not refund products damaged during return shipment, so please take care when packaging and returning them.  If you have damaged or missing products, please email us immediately (within the 7 day period) of damaged or missing items.  We will replace and ship damaged items within 2 business days of their return to us.  We exercise the right to either refund or replace missing items reported within the 7 day period. Please email us at earcandleshop@yahoo.com to notify us of issues with your order.  Returns are mailed to The Ear Candle Store 209 E Johnson St, Gallatin, Mo 64640.  Include a copy of your packing slip or other identification with the return.

If your order was damaged during original shipping we will provide a replacement order at no charge after receiving the damaged order back.  You have 7 days from receipt of delivery to report and return any damaged items.  Email us at earcandleshop@yahoo.com to notify us of damaged products.
